Sasha is crafted by meticulously layering delicate lines of chocolate, each just 1.5mm thin.
In total, approximately 1,350 individual lines are woven together.
This creates a large, elegant sheet of chocolate that resembles woven fabric, which is then carefully cut into perfect, bite-sized pieces.

In 1995, we set out to create a chocolate with a shape and texture unlike anything that came before.
During a brainstorming session, one of the developers placed a piece of fabric purchased locally and put on the table and suggested: "What if we created a chocolate product by layering thin, thread-like lines, just like this fabric?“

Initially, the project began under the name "Mesh Choco," not "Sasha." Countless trials were held to refine the design—striving to make the chocolate so delicate that you could see through the gaps in the mesh.

Through continuous trial and error, we succeeded in crafting an unprecedented product that combines a visually stunning appearance with a delicate, crispy texture.

This was the moment of birth for Sasha—a beloved chocolate that continues to be cherished today, even after nearly three decades.
